Company
Your company is the top of everything in Qik Office. Every AI Office, workspace, agentic room, project room and room app belongs to a company, and the company decides who its people are, how they are organised and what the AI project managers deployed across its rooms work within.
Company owners and admins manage the company from Company settings. Select your company name at the top of the left panel to open the company dropdown, then select Company settings. Every member sees the parts that apply to them — Company policies, Company goals, Company announcements and Company user analytics — in the same dropdown.
People and structure
- Company settings — a map of every section in Company settings and who can open it.
- Users and employees — add people, choose their role, approve join requests and export the list.
- Departments — teams that each get their own workspace, with heads and employees.
- Reporting heads — who reports to whom, and the org chart.
- Designations — job titles from one shared list.
What the agent works within
- Company policies — upload company policies and link them to departments and reporting heads.
- Company goals — a common goal for the company and a goal for each person.
- Company memory — the facts the agent remembers about how your company works.
- AI announcements — company and department announcement rooms.
- Minutes templates — the sections every meeting's AI minutes contain.
Security and branding
- Security and 2FA — require two-factor authentication and restore deleted workspaces and rooms.
- Company domains — verify your email domain so new sign-ups join automatically.
- Restrictions — who can add people to rooms, and per-member upload and screen-share access.
- Whitelabel — run Qik Office under your own brand and domain.
