Room apps

Every agentic room comes with its own set of apps: chat, notes, tasks, boards, files, meetings, approvals and more. Each app keeps its work inside the room, so the room's AI project manager, its people and its history all share one place. Everyone in a room can open its apps; what each person can do inside an app depends on their room role (Owner, Editor, User or Guest).

The Room Apps picker is where you find them. It groups the apps into bands, shows the apps you opened most recently at the top, and lets the room's owner pin one app for everyone.

How to open the Room Apps picker

  1. Open a room from your workspace.
  2. In the room's toolbar, select Apps.
  3. The Room Apps picker opens with the room's name under the title.
  4. Select any tile to open that app. Select × (close) to go back to the room.
tip

Start typing in Find an app to filter the grid as you type. Use the arrow keys to move between tiles and press Enter to open the highlighted app.

The bands

Apps are grouped into bands, always in the same order:

BandWhat it holds
RecentThe last three apps you opened in this room, plus the room's pinned app.

IntelligenceAgent Center, Agent History, Automations, Workflows and Intelligence.
IntegrationsRoom-level integrations your company allows, such as Jira.

A band only appears when it has at least one app you can open.

How the dock, Recent and pins fit together

The room toolbar shows a short dock of the apps the room uses most, with a Recent strip of chips under it. The picker's Recent band is the same list. The room's owner can also pin one app for everyone, which appears as a chip with a pin mark beside Recent and on the room's row in the workspace tree. See Apps dock, Recent and pins.
