To add reportees

  1. Go to company settings from the main navigation panel.

  2. Select Reporting Head from the dropdown menu.

  3. Add your organization’s reporting structure by choosing the option to add reporting heads.

  4. Select the reporting head from the list of company users.

  5. To add reportees, choose the employees who report to the selected reporting head.

  6. Select the reportees from the list of company users.

  7. The reporting structure is set.

To view reportees

  1. Click on the Calendar icon next to the Company name.

  2. The calendar interface will open.

  3. From the calendar view, select the user.

  4. Choose the Reportee you want to view.

  5. You can now see the complete schedule and tasks of the selected reportee.
