AI project manager
Every agentic room has an AI agent deployed in it — by default the AI project manager. It is a context-aware autonomous agent that knows the room's people, tasks, meetings and files. Give it a goal in plain words and it plans the work, executes each step across the room's apps — tasks, sprints, schedules, notes, tables, reminders, announcements — and shows you every step as it happens.
The room owner commands the agent and decides how it works: which role it plays, and whether it acts on its own (Auto) or proposes each change for approval (Manual). Editors can open the Agent Center; other members see what the agent has done in Agent History. Agent work uses agent credits.
