Notes & Pages
Every agentic room has a writing app with two ways to work. Simple Notes are quick rich-text notes in a flat list, with an AI prompt bar that summarises, completes, drafts an email or fixes the text you already have. Knowledge Pages are block-based documents (headings, checklists, tables, columns, code and embedded files) organised in a tree of pages and subpages. Both are edited live, with each person's cursor shown by name.
The room's owner chooses the room's view, and the app is named to match: Notes in a Simple Notes room, Pages in a Knowledge Pages room. Everyone in the room can open the room's notes and pages; the menu actions on each note depend on your room role. The room's AI project manager can draft, update and read notes and pages for you; its drafts arrive as cards you approve.
