Files
Every agentic room has a Files app: one library for everything the room has been sent, made or signed. Uploads, files shared in the room chat and files linked from Google Drive or OneDrive sit together, organised in folders, with a password on anything sensitive. The room's AI project manager can read a file and summarise it into a note or page, and any file can start a reminder or an approval request.
Everyone in a room can view, upload and download its files. The room's owner organises the library (moving files and setting passwords), and whoever uploaded a file can delete it.

Storage and agent credits
Files stored in an agentic room use storage credits from your company's agent credit allowance: 20 agent credits for every 20 MB stored. The room checks its storage before an upload starts, so an upload that would not fit stops with a clear message before any time is spent on it. Files linked from Google Drive or OneDrive stay in your Drive.
A single upload can be up to 200 MB, and up to 20 files can be uploaded at once. See Agent credits for how storage credits are allocated.
