Agent workflows

Agent workflows run your company's processes — leave requests, expense claims, purchase approvals, onboarding, IT tickets — from start to finish. Describe the process in a sentence, and the agent designs it as a map of steps across the people involved. You check the map, choose the room it lives in, approve it and build it: the agent creates the tables, forms and automations the process needs. Once it is live, each request becomes a case that moves from step to step on its own, routed to the right people through your org chart.

Routing comes from your company structure: the requester's reporting head, their head's head, a department head, whoever holds a job title, or the room's approvers. Each step can carry an SLA, and overdue steps escalate a level up. Every approval, form and task waits in each person's My queue, even for rooms they are not in.

  • Cases and SLAs — starting cases, approving, My queue, overdue steps and escalation.

How to appoint workflow admins
