Agentic rooms
An agentic room is a persistent, context-bound room where your team and an AI agent work together. Every room has an AI project manager (or another agent role you choose) deployed in it, with access to the room's people, apps, meetings and history. It converts interactions into actions: meetings become AI minutes and tasks, commands become plans the agent executes, and everything stays organized in the room.
Any company member can create a room. Inside a room, what you can do depends on your room role: Owner, Editor, User or Guest.
What's in a room
- The agent — the room's AI agent sits in the prompt bar at the top of the room. Owners command it; see AI project manager.
- Meetings — every room can meet online, in person, or send a bot into Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Recorded meetings become transcripts, AI minutes and tasks.
- Apps — Chat, Notes, Tasks, Boards, Meetings and more sit in the room's apps dock, with your recently used apps beside them.
- Settings — owners decide who can join, how guests arrive, the room language, the agent's role and mode.
