It enables users to capture every discussion without scheduling, while automatically generating AI minutes, discussion points, action items, and tasks. Instead of scheduling meetings and manually documenting outcomes, users can start meetings immediately in a unified space where all data is automatically organized.

  1. To begin, click the “Create” button located in your workspace. click-create

  2. From the available options, click on “Instant room” to create a new room. click-instant-room

  3. In the provided field, enter a name for the room. name-instant-room

  4. After entering the room name, click "Save" to create the room instantly. click-save
