Project rooms
A project room is an agentic room that delivers one thing. It opens on who is carrying what, runs its plan on Milestones or Sprints, and is always led by the AI project manager. The chat, meetings, files and tasks the project comes from sit in the same room, so the plan and the conversation share one persistent shared state.
Room Owners and Editors create projects, change the project type and set the rules each milestone or sprint runs under. Users work the tasks. A Guest invited to a meeting sees the room as a plain room, with no project screen and no milestones or sprints.
Creating, assigning and completing tasks, manual sprints and project management use no agent credits. Credits are used only when the agent does work, such as recording a meeting and proposing plan changes from its minutes.
