A project room keeps everything an agentic room has. What changes is the screen it opens on, the apps it leads with, and the method its plan runs on.
Opens on the work
Instead of the video grid, the room shows its current milestone or sprint and a card per member with their open and overdue tasks. Join the call and the meeting takes over the screen.
Milestones or Sprints
Pick the project type when you create it and change it later in Room settings. The board, statuses and tasks stay; the words, the default view and the rules change with it.
Leads with project management
Its dock starts with chat, the plan, tasks, files and meetings, its apps band is called Project management, and its Room settings lead with a Project group.
Hours or points
Where TimeTrack is on, one ledger of logged time reads as hours against a budget for Milestones and as points against capacity for Sprints — switch, and every number stays.
Jira when you need it
Import a Jira project’s sprints and backlog as tasks on the room’s board and choose sprint by sprint what syncs — unless your company has blocked Jira.
A room can become a project
Owners and editors switch a room to a project, or back, in Room settings. Nothing is deleted: every task, board and message stays where it is.
The meeting ends, the plan is already updated — once you say so
Conversational intelligence reads each recorded meeting against the project’s plan. The AI project manager turns what was decided into proposed changes, and nothing moves until someone applies them.

The meeting is recorded and its AI minutes written in the room, with action items tied to the people named.
Changes proposed
Add a task to the current milestone or sprint, change a status, set a due date, mark something complete, or complete the milestone or sprint itself.
A new milestone or sprint, drafted
When the meeting planned new work, the agent proposes it on an editable card — name, dates and tasks — before it is created.
You apply or reject
One by one or all at once. The outcome is marked Applied or Rejected on the minutes for everyone in the room.

Milestones suit work that moves through named stages towards a date — a launch, a relocation, a certification. Sprints suit a team that delivers in repeating time boxes off a backlog. If unsure, start with Milestones; switching later keeps every task, board and logged hour.
Boards are what an ordinary room’s plan is called — a board per topic or workstream. Choosing Boards in Room settings makes a project a room again; choosing Milestones or Sprints makes a room a project.
A guest is there for a meeting, so they see the room as a plain room — no project screen, no milestones or sprints — while members keep seeing it as a project.
Manual sprints and project management are free. Credits are used only when the agent does work, such as recording a meeting and proposing changes from it, or running a command you give it.
