Describe a dashboard in one sentence. The room agent builds it

Qik Office builds live dashboards from your rooms and from the apps your company already runs on. The agent connects the app, tests the data and writes every chart. Your team reads it, presents it and shares it, and every chart stays editable by hand.

Business intelligence across the office

Company-wide numbers from every room

Qik Office reads its own work as data. Company owners, admins and dashboard admins build company dashboards from numbers that span every room and department.

Sprint progress

Each room’s own current sprint, done against planned, side by side for the whole company.

Meeting hours and minutes

Hours spent in meetings by room and department, and how many meetings have AI minutes.

Action items followed through

Action items from meetings and how many of them are done.

Time tracked

Hours logged in project rooms, per person and per project.

Overdue work

Every room at once

Company numbers come back across every room in one request, read with the company’s Qik connection.

61 chart types in 10 groups

The agent picks the type that fits each query, and the chart switcher shows every type your data fits. When a type needs a different shape of data, the agent adjusts the query for you.

AI project manager

The agent builds the whole dashboard

Open Dashboard mode in any agentic room and say what you want to see. The AI project manager picks the data, signs in where it needs to and lays out the page, then hands you a draft to keep.

  1. 01

    Connects the app

It starts from a ready connector for Stripe, HubSpot, Jira, Google Analytics and 39 more, or from a company connector your admins already published. For any other app it reads the official API docs and drafts one.

  2. 02

    Tests the data first

Every connector runs against a sample of real rows before it is kept, so the fields, dates and numbers are checked before a single chart is drawn.

  3. 03

    Writes the charts

Headline numbers first, then trends, breakdowns and a table, each chart with one query and one plain line on what it shows. You keep the draft, and later changes from the agent arrive as proposals.

Capabilities

Everything a dashboard needs, in every room

A dashboard is a page of chart rows that lives in the room beside its meetings, tasks and files, with the same people and the same agent.

61 chart types in 10 groups

Numbers and goals, trends over time, comparisons, parts of a whole, distributions, relationships, flows, calendars, maps and tables. The chart switcher shows which types fit your data.

One query per chart

Each chart reads one read-only query, written by the agent or built in a visual builder. Open the inspector to see the query and the rows it returns.

Date filters across the page

One date filter drives every chart on the page, from today to the last 12 months, and each reader can pick their own range. The previous period is ready for side-by-side comparisons.

Live data

Read live from the app every time, or keep a synced table that refreshes hourly or daily. Synced tables hold up to 250,000 rows.

Present and TV mode

Present the dashboard in a meeting, or put it on a screen in TV mode, with the numbers refreshing on their own.

Share links, rooms and sync

Share a link to your view for your company or anyone, with an expiry you choose. Send it to another room as a linked template, or mirror it there with sync.

For the whole company

Safe sign-in and company dashboards

Keys stay in an encrypted vault, and company admins decide which apps rooms can use and which numbers reach which teams.

Guided sign-in

Connect HubSpot

to read your deals, contacts and companies

  1. 1Click Connect and sign in to HubSpot.
  2. 2Pick the HubSpot account to connect.
  3. 3Allow read access to deals, contacts and companies.

Read access it needs:

crm.objects.deals.readcrm.objects.contacts.readcrm.objects.companies.read

Stored encrypted in Qik. The agent never sees it, and it is only sent to api.hubapi.com.

Whose data, who can open it

Every dashboard says whose numbers it shows

Two choices set every dashboard, and both are written on its card and in its header, so everyone knows what they are looking at.

  • Just me

Your own data, read with your own sign-in. Only you can open it.

  • Each viewer’s own

Everyone who opens it sees only what they can already see in Qik. This is the default.

  • Company numbers

The same company-wide numbers for everyone allowed in, read with the company’s Qik connection. Company owners, admins and dashboard admins set these up.

  • Who can open it

Only me, Company admins, Everyone in the room, or Admins plus the people and departments you choose.

Qik Office and Qik Data Tables first: tasks, sprints, meetings, schedules, messages and members, and the records of room tables and forms. Then 44 ready connectors including Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Linear, GitLab, Google Analytics, Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero and Zendesk. For any other app with an API, including one on your own server, the agent drafts a connector from its official API docs and tests it before it is kept.

No. Apps that offer sign-in open their own consent screen. Keys and tokens go into an encrypted vault and are only sent to that app’s own address. The agent asks for the smallest permission the dashboard needs, and dashboards only read: they never write back to your apps.

Yes. Every chart, query, filter and block is editable in the editor. When the agent changes a dashboard you have kept, its change arrives as a proposal you accept or reject.

Each dashboard says whose data it shows (Just me, Each viewer’s own, or Company numbers) and who can open it (Only me, Company admins, Everyone in the room, or Admins plus chosen people and departments). Both are shown on every card.

Yes. Company dashboards settings switch dashboards on for the company, departments, workspaces and rooms, name dashboard admins, publish company connectors to rooms, and limit rooms to a list of approved apps or to company connectors only.
