Additionally, it reveals the websites the user visited and how they interacted with those sites.
7. Interactions: It includes details of how users have interacted with Qik Office in relation to support, accounts, and other inquiries.
8. Information from third parties: Information is gathered on the account holder’s firm size, contact details, enterprise domain, and other details. Even the user’s information is acquired from outside advertisers who run advertising on Qik Office.

Email Account Data: When you voluntarily connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account to Qik Office for inbox organisation, we may access and process the following data solely for that purpose: email message metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date), email body content, labels, folders, and mailbox settings. This data is used exclusively to provide AI-powered inbox organisation features and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties except as described in this policy.
Qik Office does not use any specific information like (meeting, audio, video, data, files and messages) unless or until for safety, security, and legal reasons. The collected information is utilised to collect data to enhance and optimise our service delivery, amplify security protocol. The reasons to collect data are:
1. Product and Services: Users of Qik Office are kept up to speed on the most recent products and services for account holders and users who have been invited to the meeting. Qik Office users are sent invitations, messages, and reminders using the personal data gathered. 6. Apps: The owner of the room or workspace or the company admin will be able to install the apps inside the meeting room. The owner, host, user of the meeting room will be able to view and access data to the content of the apps. Guests added to the room can only view these items while they are physically present in the meeting.
Qik Office offers an optional inbox organisation feature that connects to your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account via official OAuth 2.0 protocols. Connecting your email account is entirely voluntary. By linking your account, you authorise Qik Office to access your mailbox for the sole purpose of helping you organise, read, and send emails within the platform.

7. Disconnecting Your Email Account: You may unlink your Gmail or Outlook account from Qik Office at any time from your profile settings. Upon unlinking, Qik Office will revoke its access tokens and cease accessing your mailbox. All cached metadata and tokens associated with that account will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of disconnection. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Microsoft Account settings at any time.
8. Data Security for Email Access: All email data accessed via Gmail or Outlook is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. OAuth tokens and cached metadata are encrypted at rest. Access is strictly scoped to the permissions you granted and is never exposed to other Qik Office users.
Qik Office's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Qik Office will only use access to Gmail data to provide or improve the inbox organisation features visible to the user. Qik Office will not use Gmail data for serving advertisements, or for any purpose not directly stated to the user at the time of authorisation.
