AI minutes in every shape, composed by your agent
A board brief, a stand-up, a formal memo, a client review or any template your company makes: the room’s AI project manager writes each meeting’s minutes in the shape that room’s meetings need. Describe a new kind of meeting and your agent drafts a template for it on the spot.

A new kind of meeting? The agent designs its minutes
In Company AI minutes, write a sentence or two about a meeting you run. The AI project manager designs a minutes template for it and saves it as a draft for a person to review and publish.
- 01
Reuses your section library first
The agent reads the built-in and company sections before it drafts, and only writes a new section — up to five per template — when nothing in the library fits.
- 02
Saved as a draft, never published
The template arrives as a card. It stays a draft only minutes admins can see until someone opens it, edits it and presses Publish.
- 03
Revised in plain words
Inside the template editor, ask the agent something like “shorter, and add risks” and check the live preview before you save.
As many minutes formats as your meetings need
Each template decides which sections a meeting’s minutes have and how each one is written. Minutes admins make them; room owners pick the one their room needs.
Four built-in templates
Standard, Executive brief, Daily stand-up and Formal memo ship ready. Company admins can edit any of them for the whole company, or reset it to the original.
A library of sections
Highlights, Decisions, Risks & blockers, Discussion points, Action items, Key numbers, Q&A, Memorandum, follow-up email and more — composed into templates in any order.
Company sections
Write your own section: a name, what the agent should write there, and how it is shown — a list, checklist, table, key numbers, Q&A or text.
A company default
Make any built-in or published template the company default. Rooms that have not picked a template use it; without one, they use Standard.
Minutes admins, all or own
Company owners and admins always manage templates. Name anyone else as a minutes admin, set to edit every template or only the ones they made.
Chosen and run per room
The room owner picks the template and the room’s language, and switches on AI minutes, assigned tasks and emailed minutes for that room.
Each room gets the minutes its meetings need
Set a company default for rooms that have not chosen, and let each room owner pick a different template whenever their meetings call for one.
A company default
Any built-in or published template can be the default. Rooms without a pick use it; with no default set, they use Standard.
The room owner picks
The room owner — or a company owner or admin — chooses the template a room’s minutes are written in.
Language and autopilot per room
The room owner also sets the language of the room’s transcripts and minutes, and whether minutes, assigned tasks and emailed minutes run automatically.
Archiving is safe
Archive a template and the rooms using it go back to the company default.

From a described meeting to minutes in its shape
Templates are drafted, published and picked, and every room’s meetings are written in the one that fits.
The company builds templates
Minutes admins compose templates from sections, or describe a meeting and the agent drafts one, then publish them.
A default is set
One built-in or published template becomes the company default for rooms that have not chosen.
The room owner picks
Each room owner chooses the template, the room language, and whether minutes, tasks and email run automatically.
Meetings are written in it
Every recorded meeting in the room gets minutes with exactly that template’s sections.
Who runs on AI minutes
Board minutes with weight
An Executive brief or Formal memo for the board room — decisions, key numbers and risks — while every other room keeps the format it needs.
Discovery calls in a sales shape
Describe a discovery call and the agent drafts a template with pain points, budget, objections, next steps and a follow-up email.
Stand-ups that stay short
Daily stand-up minutes with highlights, who does what and blockers — the default for every team room.
One company, one office, one shared state
AI minutes, answered
Company owners and admins always can. They can name other people as minutes admins, each set to edit every template or only the templates they made. Built-in templates can only be changed by company admins; other minutes admins can duplicate one to make their own.
Yes. A company admin can edit Standard, Executive brief, Daily stand-up or Formal memo, and the change applies to every room using it. Reset to original brings back the sections it shipped with.
They use the company default. If no default is set, they use Standard.
Yes. Describe the meeting in Company AI minutes and the agent drafts a template, reusing sections from your library and writing new ones only when nothing fits. It is saved as a draft until a minutes admin publishes it. Drafting uses agent credits.
Rooms using it go back to the company default. A template no room uses, and that is not the default, can be deleted outright; minutes already written keep their sections.
