Projects that run in time-boxed sprints
Set a project room to Sprints and the work runs in cycles — a backlog, story points, a burndown of ideal against actual. When a sprint ends its open tasks carry into the next, and the AI project manager drafts the next sprint from your planning meeting.

Sprint 15
Opens Oct 15 · 2 weeks
Drafted from planning
The AI project manager runs the ceremony around the sprint
Planning, standups and sprint close are conversations. Conversational intelligence converts each recorded one into changes on the board, waiting for your accept.
- 01
Drafts the sprint from the planning call
When a meeting plans new work, the agent proposes a sprint with its name, dates and tasks on a card you edit — rename it, change the dates, drop a task — before it is created.
- 02
Keeps the board in step with standups
From each meeting’s minutes the agent proposes new tasks, status changes, due dates and tasks to mark complete, and can suggest closing the current sprint.
- 03
Names the next one
When you complete a sprint and create the next, AI Suggest proposes its name. Ask the agent and it can also create, complete or reopen sprints and set their rules.
A time box that rolls, with the numbers to steer it
Sprints share the board, statuses and tasks every room has. What changes is the cadence, the rules a sprint runs under by default, and that the project plans in points.
A fixed length
Start a sprint for a day, two days, one, two or four weeks, the current or next month, or your own dates. Unplanned work waits in the backlog beside the board.
Rolls by default
Open tasks move on to the next sprint or the backlog, a sprint completes itself when its last task is done, adding work mid-sprint warns first, and finished sprints freeze.
Burndown in points
Ideal against actual points left for each day of the sprint, velocity as completed against planned points per sprint, and the created-versus-completed trend.
Cadence view
The Boards hub opens Sprints on cadence: velocity over finished sprints, where the current one stands — day 6 of 14, on or behind the line — and what opens next.
Points that learn their worth
Where TimeTrack is on, choose a points scale and what one point is worth. Capacity is frozen at sprint start, and after three finished sprints the room is told what a point really costs.
Jira sprint sync
Import sprints and the backlog from a Jira project, and choose per sprint whether changes travel to Jira, from Jira, or both — unless your company has blocked Jira.
Close one sprint and open the next in one step
Completing a sprint is a single screen: how far it got, where the unfinished work goes, and whether the next sprint is created on the spot.
Where it got to
Completed and open counts and the share done, with a plain statement of what will happen to each.
Somewhere for open work
Move open tasks to the next sprint, any other open sprint, or back to the backlog.
The next sprint, created on close
Turn on Create the next sprint and it is made with the same duration — type its name or let AI Suggest propose one — and open tasks move straight into it.
Locked when done
Completing a sprint locks it as a record. Completing one before its end date asks you to confirm first.

One sprint, round the loop
Every step of a sprint runs in the same agentic room, so the board, the meetings and the hours never disagree.
Planning
The agent reads the planning meeting and drafts the sprint, its dates and its tasks.
Backlog to board
Tasks carry owners and story points, and move from the backlog into the sprint.
The sprint runs
Cards move through the room’s statuses while the burndown tracks ideal against actual.
Points meet hours
Where TimeTrack is on, logged time is set against committed points to calibrate the next sprint.
Who runs on Sprints
Two-week sprints, synced with Jira
Story points, a backlog and a burndown in the room where standups happen, with sprints kept in step with a Jira project.
Planning that writes the sprint
The planning call ends with a drafted sprint — name, dates and tasks — waiting to be accepted.
Campaigns in weekly cycles
One-week sprints that roll unfinished work forward, with velocity showing what the team really ships each week.

Sprints, answered
No. Manual sprints and project management are free. Credits are used only when the agent does work — recording a meeting and proposing sprint changes from it, or running a command you give it.
Sprints carry open work on by default. When you complete one you choose the next sprint, another open sprint or the backlog — or create the next sprint on the spot and the open tasks move into it.
No. Points are optional on every task, and the board still counts tasks done. With points, the burndown and velocity read in points, and where TimeTrack is on, the room can learn what a point is worth from logged time.
Yes. Import sprints and the backlog from a Jira project, and set each linked sprint to sync both ways, one way, or not at all — unless your company has blocked the Jira integration.
Yes. Sprints and Milestones are a setting in Room settings > Tasks. Switching changes the wording, defaults and views, and every task, sprint and logged hour is kept.
