Tasks the AI project manager writes and runs
Action items from meetings arrive as tasks, a sentence becomes a whole task list, and any task can be handed to the room’s AI assistant to execute — beside the lists, owners and due dates your team already works from.

The agent writes the work down, then picks some of it up
Conversational intelligence converts what the room says into tasks with owners. The AI project manager does not stop at the list: assign it a task and it plans, executes and reports back on the task itself.
- 01
Meetings arrive as tasks
Action items in the minutes become tasks in the room, assigned to the person named and kept in a list for the meeting they came from.
- 02
A sentence becomes a task list
Describe the work — an onboarding plan, a launch checklist — and the AI Task Generator drafts the tasks for you to preview before they are added.
- 03
Assign a task to the agent
Pick the AI assistant in the assignee picker and choose Run with agent. Its steps stream into the task, you can reply to steer it, and the status updates when it finishes.
Everything a task needs, inside the room it belongs to
A task carries its owner, its dates, its files and its approvals — and sits next to the meeting, chat and mail it came from.
Lists, statuses and owners
Group tasks into lists, give each one or more assignees, and move it through the room’s statuses — Not started, In progress, On hold, Completed, or your own.
Due dates, calendar and Gantt
Set a start and an end, then filter to Past due, Today or Future, or switch to calendar and Gantt views to see the dates laid out.
Subtasks, files and notes
Break a task into subtasks, attach files, write a description, and keep the task numbered so #42 means the same thing to everyone.
Approval and lock
Request approval on a task when it needs a sign-off, and lock it so nobody edits it while it is being decided or run.
Reminders on any task
Set a reminder on a task, as on any chat, file or note, so the nudge arrives when the work is due rather than after.
Jira and spreadsheets
Import issues from a Jira project or send tasks back to one, and export any list as Excel, CSV or plain text.
Hand a task to the AI assistant and watch it work
Some tasks are better executed than tracked. Assign one to the agent and the task page becomes the place the run happens.
Assigned like a person
The AI assistant sits in the same assignee picker as your team, with the persona your room has configured.
A run you can see
Each step streams into the task as it happens, so the run is visible to the room, not hidden in a separate tool.
Steer it with a reply
Reply on the task and the agent continues from where it was, as a follow-up turn of the same run.
The status follows the outcome
When the run finishes, the task is marked completed, in progress or blocked, so the list reflects what actually happened.
#42Draft the launch email sequence
AI Assistant is working…
- Read the Q4 launch notes and pricing page
- Drafted three emails for the launch sequence
- Saved the drafts to a note on this task
- Marked the task Completed
From something said to something done
Tasks sit in the middle of the room’s planning loop, so nothing is re-typed between apps.
It is said
An action item lands in the minutes of a meeting held in the room.
It becomes a task
The action is a task with an owner, a due date and a list of its own.
It is planned
The task joins a board, milestone or sprint and moves column by column.
Its time is recorded
Where TimeTrack is on, the hours spent are logged against the task itself.
Who runs on Tasks
Checklists that run themselves
Generate an onboarding or launch checklist from one sentence, assign the owners, and let reminders carry it to the due date.
Every promise has an owner
Follow-ups from client calls arrive as tasks in the client’s room, assigned to the account team before the call is cold.
One list, synced with Jira
Bring a Jira project’s issues into the room, work them beside the conversation, and send new tasks back.
One room, every app reading the same state
Tasks, answered
No. Creating, assigning and completing tasks is free, along with project management and manual sprints. Credits are used only when the agent does work — for example when it generates tasks or runs a task assigned to it.
You can add them by hand, generate a list with the AI Task Generator, or let them arrive from a meeting’s action items. Tasks from a meeting are kept in a list for that meeting, which you can hide from the main view.
The task is assigned to the AI assistant and locked while it runs. Its steps appear on the task as they happen, you can reply to steer it, and the status is updated when the run ends.
Yes. A room can replace the default statuses — Not started, In progress, On hold and Completed — with its own, and the same statuses become the columns on the room’s boards.
Yes. You can import issues from a Jira project into the room and export tasks to Jira, unless your company has blocked the Jira integration.
