A meeting around a table, captured on one device
Put a phone or laptop on the table and tap record. The AI project manager separates every voice in the room, puts a name to each one, and writes the minutes in the room’s language — for the people who were actually there.

The agent listens from the middle of the table
Decisions made around a table deserve the same record as any call. The room’s agent converts them into the same structured artifacts as any online call.
- 01
Records from one device
The room owner taps record on a phone, tablet or laptop, and the meeting streams into the room as it happens.
- 02
Knows who is speaking
Voices are separated by speaker, matched to room users who have recorded a voice sample, and named by the owner where needed.
- 03
Writes minutes for the attendees
Only the people marked as attending are transcribed and named in the minutes, and their action items become tasks in the room.
Built for the room you are sitting in
An in-person room records on one device, knows who was there and remembers where it meets.
Tap to record
The room owner starts the recording with one tap, then pauses, resumes or stops it. If the device steps away for a moment, the meeting keeps recording on the server.
Who is in the room
Mark who is attending — everyone with one tap, or person by person — and only attendees are transcribed and named in the AI minutes.
Voice recognition
Room users record a short voice sample once, and the agent uses it to recognise their voice in in-person meetings.
Assign speakers
Turn SPEAKER 2 into a person: assign each voice to a room user, an invited guest or a custom name, and the transcript and minutes update to match.
The room’s meeting address
Set any saved location as the place the room meets in person, so attendees get directions and the address travels with every invite.
Records offline too
When the signal drops, the owner records audio on the device for up to 20 minutes; it uploads once the device is back online and the minutes follow.
Three closer looks at an in-person meeting
Mark who is at the table, set where the room meets and keep recording when the signal drops.
Attendance picker
Mark who is at the table — only attendees are transcribed and named.

SPEAKER 2 becomes a name
Voices around a table are separated by sound. Where a voice has no name yet, the room owner gives it one, and every line that voice spoke follows.
Separated by voice
The transcript groups an in-person meeting by speaker, naming room users the agent recognises from their voice sample.
One tap on the label
The room owner taps a speaker label in the recording player and picks the person from the room’s users and invitees.
Anyone at the table
Someone outside the room can be added by email or as a custom name, so visitors are named too.
Minutes follow the name
Every line from that speaker is reassigned, and the minutes are updated so decisions and action items carry the right name.

From the table to tracked work
An in-person meeting ends in the same place as every other meeting: the agentic room.
It has a place
The room’s meeting address comes from its saved locations, with directions one tap away.
It is recorded
The owner records on one device, and attendance decides who is transcribed.
Voices get names
Speakers are separated, recognised from voice samples and assigned by the owner.
Minutes are written
The agent writes the minutes in the room’s language and assigns the action items.
Who runs on In-person meetings
Board and management meetings
One laptop at the head of the table records the meeting, and the minutes name every director who spoke.
Site visits and walk-throughs
Record on a phone where the work is — the recording uploads when the signal returns and the action items land in the project room.
Client workshops on site
Clients at the table are named by email or custom name, so the minutes record who agreed to what.
One company, one office, one shared state
In-person meetings, answered
One device — a phone, tablet or laptop — in the room’s in-person mode. The room owner taps record, and the meeting is recorded, transcribed and turned into minutes in the room.
Only the people marked as attending. Mark everyone with one tap or person by person; at least one room owner attends every recorded in-person meeting.
Voices are separated by speaker and matched to room users who have recorded a voice sample. Any voice still shown as SPEAKER 2 or similar can be assigned by the room owner to a room user, an invited guest or a custom name, and the transcript and minutes update.
The room owner sets one language for the room, and its in-person meetings are transcribed and minuted in that language.
Recording, transcription and AI minutes use meeting credits from your agent credit allowance. Unrecorded in-person meetings are free.
