Every place the room works from, saved once
Offices, client sites, venues — search an address or drop a pin, give it a label and a type, and the place belongs to the room: shared in chat, set as the meeting address, offered to booking calendars and known to the AI project manager.

The agent knows where the room meets
Places are part of the room’s persistent shared state, so the AI project manager can answer “where” questions from the same list the team keeps.
- 01
Answers with the room’s places
Ask where the client site is or which venues the room uses, and the agent replies with the saved location cards themselves.
- 02
Proposes a place to save
When an address comes up, the agent drafts a Save place card — address, label and notes filled in — for you to confirm.
- 03
Opens the place you mean
A location the agent mentions opens straight into the Locations app, with directions one tap away.
A shared address book for places
Locations keeps the where of the work next to the who and the when, so nobody has to dig an address out of an old message again.
Search or drop a pin
Type an address or place, pick from addresses you have used before, tap the map to drop a pin, or use your current location.
Labelled and typed
Give each place a label like “Bengaluru HQ” and a type — Office, Client, Venue, Site, Home or Other — then filter the list by type.
The room’s meeting address
An owner or host can make one saved place the room’s in-person meeting address, shown on the room card for everyone.
Shared in chat
Saving a place posts it to the room chat as a location card by default, and each place can carry its own conversation.
Directions and copy
Get directions from any card, copy the address in one tap, and pin the places the room uses most to the top.
Every room, one list
See the locations from all your rooms in one list, searchable by label, address or type, each opening in the room it belongs to.
From an address to a meeting
A saved place does not stay in a list. It travels to the apps that need to know where.
It is saved
Search the address or drop a pin, label it and tag it as an office, client site or venue.
It is shared
The place posts to the room chat as a card with directions, so everyone has the same address.
It is booked
A booking calendar can use a saved place as the meeting location, so every booking points to it.
Who runs on Locations
Sites everyone can find
Keep every site address in the project room, tagged as Site, so the crew opens directions from the room instead of asking for a pin.
Client offices on file
Save each client’s office in their room and book in-person meetings against it, so the address on every invite is the right one.
Venues in one place
Collect candidate venues, discuss each on its own card, then set the chosen one as the room’s meeting address.
Locations, answered
Owners, hosts and users of a room can save locations. Only an owner or host can make a location the room’s meeting address, and people can manage the places they saved themselves.
One saved location can be marked as where the room meets in person. It shows on the room card and carries a Meeting address badge in the list.
No. You can drop a pin anywhere on the map or use your current location; the address is filled in from the pin, and the coordinates are kept with the place.
The agent can propose a place as a Save place card with the address and details filled in. It is saved when you confirm it.
Yes. When you set up an appointment calendar for in-person meetings, the room’s saved locations are offered as the meeting place.
