Everything in the AI Office belongs to one company
The company holds your people, your structure, your agent credits and your rules. Its office organizes workspaces and rooms, and every AI project manager it deploys works inside the controls the company sets.

Inside the office
Members, employees, billing and governance. Everything below runs inside it.
The company decides what its agents know and may use
AI project managers operate within rooms, but they are governed from the top. Owners and admins shape the knowledge, rules and tools every agent in the company works with.
- 01
Company memory
Your assistant notes key facts about how your company works as it helps you. Owners and admins review each proposed update, keep a history and can restore an earlier version.
- 02
Policies and goals
Upload policies and link them to reporting heads or departments — everyone under a linked head follows them. Reporting heads own their goals and their reportees’, which agents plan against.
- 03
Tools through MCP connectors
Connect external MCP servers to give your company’s AI agent extra tools, test each connection and switch individual tools on or off.
People, structure, credits and controls in one place
Company settings is where owners and admins run the organization behind every workspace and agentic room.
Members and employees
Admins and creators are members with a monthly agent credit allowance. Employees join unbilled with no credits, so the whole company can work in rooms at no cost.
Owner, admin, creator
Owners and admins manage the company. Creators open rooms — and their own workspaces, unless an admin limits them to rooms in workspaces they own.
Departments and reporting heads
A department is a team in your company and its own workspace: heads become its admins and employees its members. Reporting heads see direct and indirect reportees on the org chart.
A company credit pool
Agent credits are pooled at the company level, with per-user credit and storage limits and an activity ledger of survival, command, meeting, BI, storage and AI credits.
Company-wide restrictions
Restrict uploads, screen sharing, private room access and rooms in other companies, then allow individual members. Decide whether only room owners, or owners and editors, add people to rooms.
Apps and integrations
Turn each integration on or off for the whole company, register developer apps, and claim company domains so people with your email domain can request to join.
Lock it down company-wide, then make exceptions
Each restriction applies to everyone first. Once it is on, a member list shows who is allowed and who is not, one switch per person.
Four company-wide restrictions
Uploads, screen sharing, private room access and joining other companies’ rooms — each switched on for the whole company.
Per-member access
Every restriction that is on gets a column in the member list, filtered by allowed or disabled and searchable by name.
Verified domains only
Joining other companies’ rooms can only be restricted for members on a verified company domain; personal accounts stay allowed.
Who adds people to rooms
Owner only, or owner and editors — a company default that a room owner can still change for their own room.

From company to agentic room
The company is set up once. Everything below it inherits its people, credits and rules.
People join the company
Invite or import users, approve domain join requests, and add each person as an admin, creator or employee.
Departments become workspaces
Create a department and its workspace is created with it — or connect an existing one — so the office mirrors the org.
Rooms fill with the right people
Agentic rooms open inside those workspaces with owners, editors, users and guests, under the company’s restrictions.
Agents go to work
Each room’s AI project manager plans, executes and generates outputs, drawing on the company credit pool.
Who runs on Company
A one-person company that grows
Start as a Prime Office of one, add members with their own credits as the team forms, and add employees at no cost.
An org chart the office follows
Departments, reporting heads and designations set up once, so workspaces, policies and goals line up with how the company is run.
One place to govern access
Required two-factor authentication, upload and screen-sharing restrictions, integration switches and a 30-day restore for deleted workspaces and rooms.
One company, one office, one shared state
Company, answered
Members — admins and creators — receive a monthly agent credit allowance and can be given more or less from Company users. Employees are added without billing or credits; they work in rooms, chat, tasks and meetings like everyone else.
Yes. The company switcher lists every company you belong to, and with more than one account added, it groups companies by account and switches account and company in one step.
Credits are pooled and managed at the company level, with per-user limits set by admins. Each room costs survival credits — 2 per room user per month — and agentic work in the room uses command, meeting, BI, storage and AI credits. Chats, tasks, notes and unrecorded meetings use none.
Owners and admins manage users, departments, reporting heads, designations, usage limits, restrictions, security and integrations. Goals also open to goal admins and reporting heads, and policies to policy admins.
It is kept for 30 days and a company admin can restore it from Security → Deleted resources. After that it is deleted permanently.
