Everyone in the room, and exactly what they can do
Add people by email, from your company or with a room link, and give each one a role: Owner, Editor, User or Guest. The room’s AI project manager works with the same people, so tasks and follow-ups go to someone who is actually in the room.

The agent knows who is in the room
An agentic room is a team plus its AI project manager. The member list is how the agent knows who it is working with and who to hand work to.
- 01
Adds people when you ask
Ask the agent to add someone to a room, a workspace or the company, and it comes back with a card listing who was added.
- 02
Assigns work to members
Action items from a meeting become tasks assigned to the room member who was named, not to a free-text name nobody owns.
- 03
Reaches the right people
Announcements and approvals go to the members of the room, so who you let in decides who is kept informed and who is asked to sign off.
Let the right people in, at the right level
Adding someone, setting their role and letting them through the door all happen on one screen inside the room.
Add by email or from your company
Type email addresses, or pick from your company’s users, and choose the role they join with.
Four roles
Owner has full control, Editor can edit, User can view, and Guest joins as a visitor. Owners and Editors can change roles from the list.
Share the room
Copy the room link, download its QR code, or send an invitation by email, Google Calendar, Outlook or a calendar file.
Waiting room and access requests
People who ask to join wait for an Owner or Editor to allow or deny them, with the role they asked for shown beside them.
Added to existing schedules
When you add people, include them in the room’s existing schedules so they are already on the next meeting.
Scan a business card
Photograph a printed business card to pick up the person’s details and add them without typing.
One list, four levels of access
Every person in the room has one role. It decides what they can change, and the room’s other apps read it too.
Owner — full control
Owners manage the room and its settings, and only an Owner can make somebody else an Owner.
Editor — can edit
Editors work on everything in the room and can add people and change the roles of Users and Guests.
User — can view
Users take part in the room; settings such as who can request approvals can be limited to Editors and above.
Guest — a visitor
Guests are invited in for a purpose, such as a one-on-one room, where Guest is the only role offered.

Who you add decides who hears about it
The member list feeds every app in the room that sends, asks or assigns.
People are added
An Owner or Editor adds members and sets each one’s role.
They join the calendar
New members can be added to the room’s existing schedules straight away.
They are kept informed
Posts reach everyone in the room and come back as acknowledgements.
They sign off
Members can be named as the room’s default approvers.
Who runs on Users
Clients as guests in their own room
Invite a client’s team as Guests or Users, keep editing to your account team, and let the waiting room catch anyone who arrives by link.
One room per team
Add the whole team from your company’s users, make the leads Editors, and include everyone in the standing meetings in one step.
Classes with the right labels
In a university account the same roles read as Facilitator, Instructor, Student and Guest.
One room, every app reading the same state
Users, answered
Owner, Editor, User and Guest. Owners have full control, Editors can edit, Users can view and Guests join as visitors. In university accounts they are labelled Facilitator, Instructor, Student and Guest.
Owners and Editors. Only an Owner can make somebody else an Owner, and the room’s creator stays its owner.
Invite them by email, or share the room link, QR code or a calendar invitation. People who ask for access wait until an Owner or Editor allows them in.
Yes. Ask the agent to add someone to a room, workspace or company and it shows a card with who was added.
