One command, carried out across the whole room
The agent knows the room it is deployed in: its people, its tasks, its meetings and its files. A command is turned into a plan, and the plan into real changes in the room’s apps.

Plans before it acts
Each command becomes a plan of steps. You watch them run one by one, each with its outcome, in a single timeline.

Works in the room’s apps
Creates and assigns tasks, builds sprints, schedules meetings, writes notes and pages, updates table records, sets reminders and posts announcements.

Asks first when you want it to
In Manual mode every change arrives as a proposal to approve or reject. In Auto mode the agent executes directly.

Everything the agent does lands in the same agentic room as the command, so the output is work you can open, edit and track.

Steps appear one by one as the agent executes them, each with its status, time and outcome.
Auto or Manual
Set per room. Auto executes straight away; Manual turns each change into a card you approve, edit or reject.
Attach files
Hand the agent a file from your device or from the room’s files, and it works from what is inside.
Build automations
Tick Automation and describe what should keep happening. The agent builds an automation for the room instead of running it once.
Private or public runs
Run a command for the whole room to see, or keep it private so only you can see what was asked and done.
You decide how much the agent does on its own
Some rooms want work done the moment it is asked. Others want a person to approve every change. Each room picks its mode.
Auto executes
Concrete requests are carried out directly. The agent only stops to ask when a request is genuinely ambiguous or missing something it needs.
Manual proposes
Each change is a card with its details filled in. Edit it, approve it or reject it, and the status is kept on the run.
Email is always yours to send
When you ask for an email, the agent drafts it and you open it in compose, read it and press Send yourself.
Owners hold the controls
Only the room owner can make the agent plan and execute. Editors can open the command center; other members cannot command it.

Plan a sprint in one sentence
Ask the AI project manager to build next week’s sprint from the open tasks, assign owners and book the kickoff.
Keep tables and records current
Tell the agent what changed and it updates the right table records, adds fields or imports the data you attach.
Delegate without a status meeting
Hand over a goal, review the plan as it executes, and approve each change in Manual mode before anything is touched.
One room, every app reading the same state
Agent Center, answered
It works across the room’s apps: creating and updating tasks and sub-tasks, sprints, schedules and meetings, notes and pages, reminders, table records and fields, announcements and room messages. It can also draft emails for you to review and send.
In Auto mode the agent executes concrete requests directly. In Manual mode it proposes every change as a card, and nothing happens until you approve it. The mode is set per room.
Only the room owner can make the agent plan and execute. Editors can open the command center but cannot execute, and other members see it disabled.
Yes. The room owner chooses the agent’s role for the room, such as AI Assistant, AI Project Manager or AI Executive.
Commands use command credits from your agent credit allowance, and the amount varies with how much work the command takes. Each run shows the credits it used.
