Meet inside the room while the agent takes the minutes
Join the call from the agentic room itself. Every room user has a tile on the stage, the recording starts once a second person arrives, and the AI project manager transcribes each participant by name and writes the minutes, tasks and follow-up email the moment the call ends.

New in online meetings
A meeting screen built for the whole team
The call fills the screen, you decide who is on the stage, shared screens present themselves and the room's apps open beside the call.
The call fills the screen, the controls come when you need them
Every control sits in one of six corners of the stage, grouped by what it does. Move the mouse and they all appear; rest on the video and they step aside.
Move over the call (or tap it), then rest: the controls hide after 3 seconds. Pin keeps them.
Move to see everything
Any mouse movement or keyboard focus brings back every control. Nothing to hunt for.
Still, and they are gone
Three seconds resting on the video hides them, so the people in the call get the whole screen.
Keep controls visible
Pin them and the video fits between the two rows instead. Your choice is remembered.
Events come to you
While hidden, only what matters slides in: someone waiting, a new message, the recording pill.
You choose who fills the stage
The room owner follows the speaker or picks up to four people, for their own screen or for everyone in the call. A shared screen always takes the first place.
Follow the speaker
The stage moves to whoever is talking, with everyone else in a side strip.
Up to four people
Picked in order: the first pick gets the big tile. Hover any tile to add or remove someone.
Just me or everyone
Change only your own view, or start a spotlight that everyone in the call sees.
Ready next time
The setup is kept, and the join dialog offers Start with Spotlight at the next meeting.

Share a screen and it presents itself
The moment someone shares, the screen goes edge to edge with the presenter on top. Drag them anywhere, or line everyone up beside the slides.
Q4 plan · revenue by region
Presenter on top
The shared screen fills the stage and the presenter floats over it, where each viewer drags them.
Or a side strip
Everyone sits beside the screen, so faces and slides are seen together.
Works with Spotlight
Keep the spotlight and add the screen to it, or switch to the presentation in one click.
Who can share
Everyone, selected roles or selected people, with guests allowed or not. Owners can always share.

The room's apps open beside the call
Chat, knowledge, tasks and boards come from the dock into a side panel, and the stage makes room. Minimise the call and it keeps playing while you work in the room.
Chat
One dock, every app
The room apps sit in the corner of the stage, the same dock as on the phone.
The stage makes room
An app opens in a side panel and the tiles reflow beside it. Nobody drops off screen.
Minimise and keep working
The call moves to the room's live panel, still recording, while you open a board or a file.
The agent one click away
Agent in the top corner opens the room's AI project manager without leaving the call.
Hold your next call in the room
Everything the call needs and everything it produces stays in one place.
No meeting links to chase
The call lives in the agentic room your team already works in. Open the room and join; guests come in from the room link.
Minutes without a note-taker
The AI project manager transcribes everyone by name and writes the minutes, tasks and follow-up email when the call ends.
The agent knows the context
Every call is heard with the room's tasks, files and earlier meetings, so the follow-ups land on the right board.
Unrecorded calls are free
Meet as often as you like. Meeting credits are used only when the agent records, transcribes and writes minutes.
The AI project manager sits in every call
An online meeting happens inside the room’s persistent shared state, so the agent hears it with the full context of the room’s tasks, files and earlier meetings.
- 01
Records when the room fills
With auto-record on, recording starts as soon as two people have joined, so every call is on record from its first minute.
- 02
Transcribes every participant
Each person in the call is transcribed under their own name in the room’s language, ready for the minutes.
- 03
Turns the call into work
Minutes in the room’s template, action items assigned as tasks with Action to-dos on, and the minutes emailed to every attendee with Email minutes on.
Everything a call needs, held in the room
The call, its recording and everything the agent produces from it all live in the same agentic room.
Video, audio and screen
Join with camera and microphone or audio only, share your screen, and raise a hand or send a reaction without interrupting whoever is speaking.
A stage of room users
The room’s stage shows a tile for every room user — who has joined the call, who is online, and which app they are working in — with guests marked as guests.
Auto-record
Turn it on once and every online meeting in the room starts recording when two or more people join. The owner can also record now, pause, resume or stop at any moment.
Grid or single speaker
Record everyone in a grid with the active speaker highlighted, or follow whoever is speaking full screen while everyone is still heard.
Guests by room link
Share the room’s link and people outside the company join the call as guests, straight in or once an owner or editor lets them in.
Transcribe, minutes, tasks, email
One pipeline set by the room owner: transcribe the call, write the minutes, assign the action items and email the minutes to every attendee.
Three closer looks at an online meeting
Watch the recording start on its own, pick how the video is laid out and see the action items land as tasks.
Auto-record rule
Recording starts the moment a second person joins the call.
Recording layout
Everyone in a grid, or full screen on whoever is speaking.
Applies to new recordings in this room.
Minutes become tasks
Action items land as tasks with an owner and a due day.

The room owner decides what every call produces
One panel in the room’s meeting row sets the whole chain, and the steps it shows are exactly the steps the agent will run when the call ends.
A pipeline you can read
The panel draws the chain across its top — Auto-record, Transcribe, Minutes, To-Dos, Email — so everyone can see what happens after the call.
Each step builds on the last
AI minutes are written from the transcript, and Action to-dos and Email minutes are built from the minutes, so each switch opens up once the one before it is on.
Recording controls in reach
While the owner is in the call, the same panel records now, pauses, resumes and stops — and can end the meeting for everyone.
Visible on the room
The meeting row shows AI Minutes, Transcribe or AI off, so everyone in the room knows what the agent will produce before they join.

From the invite to the follow-up
An online meeting starts on the room calendar and ends as assigned work in the same room.
It is scheduled
The meeting goes on the room calendar as an online meeting, and attendees join from the room or from its link.
It is recorded
Recording starts when two people join and is filed in the room in the layout the owner chose.
It is transcribed
Every participant is transcribed under their own name in the room’s language.
Actions are assigned
The agent writes the minutes and assigns each action item as a task to the person named.
Who runs on Online meetings
Weekly reviews with a record
The team meets in the project room, the recording starts on its own, and the action items are on the board before anyone has closed the tab.
Client calls in the client’s room
Clients join from the room link as guests, and the minutes and follow-ups stay in the room the account team works in every day.
One call, every time zone
People who missed the call read the minutes, play the recording and jump to the part of the transcript that matters to them.
One company, one office, one shared state
Online meetings, answered
Calls are held in the agentic room itself — camera, microphone, screen sharing and reactions included — and anyone outside the company can join as a guest from the room’s link.
With auto-record on, an online room starts recording as soon as two or more people have joined. The room owner can also start, pause, resume and stop the recording by hand.
In an online call every participant is transcribed under their own name, so the transcript and the minutes attribute each point to the person who made it.
The room owner picks Grid, with everyone on screen and the active speaker highlighted, or Single speaker, which follows whoever is talking full screen while everyone is still heard. The choice applies to new recordings in the room.
Recording, transcription and AI minutes use meeting credits from your agent credit allowance. Unrecorded online meetings are free.
