Every word of every meeting, with who said it
Each recorded meeting in the room leaves a speaker-labelled transcript in the room’s language — playing in sync with the recording, and the source the AI project manager writes the minutes from.

We hit the hiring target for engineering, but support is still two people short.
I can open both support roles this week if we agree on the budget today.
Budget’s approved. Let’s target start dates before the November release.
Then I’ll post the roles on Monday and share the shortlist by the 20th.
The transcript is where the agent starts
Conversational intelligence needs to know what was said and by whom. The transcript is that record, and everything the agent produces from a meeting traces back to it.
- 01
Transcribes in the room’s language
The room owner sets one language for the room, its transcripts and its AI minutes, and every meeting is transcribed in it.
- 02
Knows who was speaking
Online calls are labelled by participant. In-person speakers are separated by voice, and the owner can name each one.
- 03
Writes the minutes from it
Highlights, decisions and action items are generated from the transcript, and a line in the minutes opens the recording and transcript at the moment it was said.
A written record you can actually use
Transcripts sit beside the recording and the minutes in the same agentic room, so checking what was said takes a click.
Speaker-labelled
Lines are grouped by speaker with their name, avatar and the time into the meeting they started speaking.
Name in-person speakers
Assign a voice from an in-person meeting to a room member; the transcript updates and the minutes are regenerated with the right names.
In sync with playback
The current line is highlighted as the recording plays, and clicking any line jumps the recording to it.
Back from the minutes
Highlights, decisions and risks in the minutes open the recording and transcript at the moment they were said, so each point can be checked.
Copy, VTT or email
Copy the transcript as text, copy it as VTT captions, or email it from the room.
Attendance for in-person
Mark who attended an in-person meeting; only attendees are transcribed and named in the AI minutes.
Points in the minutes lead back to the conversation
Minutes are a summary. When someone asks “who actually said that?”, the transcript has the answer.
Open the moment
Go to recording/transcript from a line in the minutes, and the recording opens at that point with the transcript beside it.
Read in context
The lines before and after are right there, with each speaker named.
Correct the speaker
If an in-person voice was unnamed, the owner assigns it and the minutes are rewritten with the correct name.

What a transcript turns into
The transcript is the hinge between a conversation and the work that comes out of it.
A meeting is recorded
Online, in person or by the bot, the recording is filed in the room.
Every speaker is transcribed
The transcript is written in the room’s language, labelled by speaker and synced to playback.
The agent writes the minutes
Highlights, decisions and action items are generated from the transcript.
Actions become tasks
Action items are assigned as tasks in the room, each traceable to the moment it was agreed.
Who runs on Transcripts
Customer interviews, word for word
Quote what a customer actually said rather than what someone remembers, with the recording a click away.
A record of what was agreed
Keep a speaker-labelled transcript of every recorded meeting in the room it concerns, protected by the meeting’s password when it needs to be.
Meetings in your own language
Set each room’s language so its meetings are transcribed and minuted in the language that team works in.
Transcripts, answered
Every recorded meeting with AI transcribe turned on for the room — online calls, in-person meetings recorded on a device and calls the agent joins as a bot.
In online calls each participant is labelled by name. In in-person meetings speakers are separated by voice, and the room owner can assign each voice to a room member; the minutes are then regenerated with the right names.
Yes. The room owner sets the room’s language, which is used for the room, its transcripts and its AI minutes.
Copy it as plain text, copy it as VTT captions, or email it from the recording’s options.
Recording, transcription and AI minutes use meeting credits from your agent credit allowance. Meetings that are not recorded use no credits.
