Where AI Project Manager and Room Users Co-exist
Open a room and everyone is there: the room’s users meeting, chatting and deciding, and the AI project manager deployed beside them, planning, executing and generating outputs from the same persistent shared state — conversations, meetings, tasks, files and decisions in one context-bound execution environment.

Every room has an agent, and you choose its role
Pick the role when you create the room and change it any time from the room’s agent settings. The agent is a context-aware autonomous agent operating within the room.
- 01
Assistant
Your day-to-day operator. Schedules and reschedules meetings, manages tasks and notes, and sends follow-ups whenever you ask.
- 02
Project manager
Plans and drives projects. Breaks work into tasks, tracks progress, and keeps owners and timelines on track — a project room is always run by the AI project manager.
- 03
Executive
A high-level lens on your workspace. Surfaces priorities, summarises activity, and helps you decide what matters next.
One context for the work, the people and the agent
Every agentic room carries the same building blocks, so the agent can read and write everything the room holds.
Rooms, projects and one-on-ones
Open a room or a project in any workspace, talk one-on-one with a colleague in a room of two, and keep a private room of your own. A room can become a project later without losing anything.
Milestones or sprints
A project room runs on milestones or on sprints, and the AI project manager is always the agent in charge of it.
Online, in person or bot-led
Each room has a meeting type — online, in person at an address, or a bot that joins a Teams, Zoom or Meet link when your company has it on.
Owner, editor, user, guest
The owner runs the room and directs its agent, editors manage its people and content, users work in its apps and guests join from outside with the room link, straight in or after someone lets them in.
Auto or manual agent
In manual mode the agent proposes each command and waits for your approval. In auto mode it carries out commands directly as soon as you ask.
Every room app
Five apps sit in the room’s dock with your three most recent beneath them, and every other app is one tap away in the Apps grid — each one readable and writable by the room’s agent.
Four closer looks at an agentic room
Create one, see who does what, open its apps and watch what its agent reads — every piece is interactive.
Room or project
Pick the kind, the agent’s role and how the room meets — online, in person or through a Teams, Zoom or Meet bot.
Meeting type
Join from the room, or share its link with guests.
Who does what
Four room roles, from the owner who directs the agent to guests who join from outside.
Runs the room and directs its agent.
- Execute agent commands
- Set the agent’s role and mode
- Open the agent and draft commands
- Create and upload into the room
- Let guests in and out
- Log audio updates
- Work in the room’s apps and meetings
The apps dock
Five apps on hand, every other app one tap away, and your three most recent right underneath.
One shared memory
Chat, minutes, tasks, files, mail and people all feed the agent the room’s persistent shared state.

The same room, three different agents
The role decides how the agent works the room. Switch it and the agent changes how it plans, executes and reports, without moving any of the room’s work.
Chosen at creation
The new-room dialog shows the agent role before the room exists; for a new project it is fixed to the AI project manager.
Changed any time
The room owner switches the role from the agent pill in the room or from Room settings → Agent; every device in the room sees the change.
Approval when you want it
Manual mode puts every command in front of you before the agent acts; auto mode lets it execute directly.
Credits in view
The agent panel shows the credits left — the company pool first, personal credits otherwise.

How a room turns conversation into work
Interactions land in one room, so the agent converts them into actions without anything leaving its context.
People talk in the room
Messages, files and decisions accumulate in the room’s persistent shared state.
The agent is asked
A command to the room’s AI project manager — proposed for approval in manual mode, executed directly in auto.

An executive room
An agent in the executive role that surfaces priorities and summarises activity across the workspace.

Agentic room, answered
Every room has an AI project manager deployed in it, working beside the room’s users with access to the room’s apps and history. It plans, executes and generates outputs inside the room’s context, alongside the people in it.
A project room is an agentic room that runs project management on milestones or sprints and is always led by the AI project manager. A room can be switched to a project — nothing is deleted, only the screen it opens on and the apps in its dock change.
The owner controls the room and its settings, editors manage it, users work in it and guests join from outside with limited access. Your company decides whether only owners, or owners and editors, can add people.
Each room costs survival credits — 2 per room user per month — to keep its agent active. Agent commands, recorded meetings, business intelligence, storage and other AI generations use credits as they happen. Chats, tasks, notes and unrecorded meetings are free.
Only in auto mode. In manual mode the agent proposes each command and waits for your approval before acting.
