Open the agent beside the announcement composer and tell it what to announce. In the company room, where nobody is a room member, the composer runs your own agent from your private room.

A single switch creates a room named after the company that every member can read. Turning it off archives it with its posts; turning it on brings the same room back.

Who can post
Company owners and admins post in the company room by default. Pick other people who can, and the room chat stays restricted to them while everyone can still react and chat under each post.
Share to rooms
Share a post into the company room, department rooms you can post in, and rooms you own in the company. Rooms it already went to come pre-ticked.
Acknowledgements
Ask people to acknowledge and the post shows an Acknowledge button. Posters see who has acknowledged, who has seen it and who has not, and can remind them or notify them again.
Categories, schedules and pins
Update, Urgent, Policy or Event — Urgent sends a high-priority push. Schedule a post for later, pin it to the top, and choose whether it has a chat under it.

Owners and admins turn company and department announcements on from Company settings. Everyone else sees whether they are on.
One switch for the company
It creates the company’s announcements room. New posts show with an unseen count, so members know there is something to read.
Departments, each with a toggle
Each department with a workspace gets its own room. Enable all turns on every department still off.
Off means archived, not deleted
Turning a room off archives it for everyone. Posts and history are kept, and turning it back on restores the same room.
