Every app your team runs on, posting into the room’s chat
Pull requests, failed payments, urgent tickets, new hires: Chat apps bring the events of 250+ apps into the agentic room that acts on them. The room agent connects each app; owners and hosts choose exactly what posts.

Ask the room agent
- Post GitHub pull requests on main into this room
- Tell us when a Sentry issue regresses
- Failed Stripe payments into the finance room
- New Zendesk tickets tagged urgent
- Won HubSpot deals, with the owner mentioned
- Connect our in-house ERP from its API docs
Add an app
The same gallery a room owner sees in Room settings › Chat. GitHub and GitLab have recipes Qik wrote and tested; for every other app the agent writes the recipe from its docs and your company keeps it for every room.

Your admins decide what talks in your rooms
Company chats sits right after Company announcements. Company-wide and department chats, and every chat app control, in one place.
Company chat
One company-wide chat in the announcements room, with Who can chat? set by admins.
Departments · Chat
A chat switch for every department, with Enable all.
Chat apps on or off
Off pauses every chat app in the office at once. Nothing is deleted.
Add any API or app
Allow custom APIs, or keep rooms to the listed apps.
Per-app switches
Switch any single app off for the whole company.
Who connects
Owners, admins and creators who own or host the room, with the agent on.
The agent builds the connection
Ask the AI project manager for an app by name. It prepares the whole connection as a draft, and a room owner or host presses Go live.
- 01
Signs in the right way
A guided sign-in card with the steps, the smallest permission the app needs and the official page to check. Keys are sealed in the vault and the agent never sees them.
- 02
Lets you pick, never type
Your own repositories, projects, boards or accounts appear as a searchable list on the card, so you choose instead of spelling names in chat.
- 03
Picks a starter set
It switches on the events most rooms want and writes how each card reads. Nothing posts until a person presses Go live in the studio.
Events your team can act on
Each event lands as a card in the room’s chat, beside the people, the tasks and the agent that work on it.
250+ apps in 14 categories
Dev and DevOps, monitoring, projects, support, CRM, payments, accounting, e-commerce, marketing, forms, analytics, files, HR and security, plus any API.
An editor per app per room
Switch each event on or off, add filters such as branch, project, label or amount, and see a live preview with this week’s counts.
Your own wording
Edit the top line and title with field chips, choose which details show, add up to six of your own, and pick the buttons each card carries.
Card, compact or digest
A full card for what matters, a one-line compact post for busy events, or an hourly digest that counts them up.
One thread per item
Every update to the same pull request, ticket or order replies under its first post, so the conversation stays in one place.
Make a task, ask the agent
Every card has Open in the app, Make a task with the title and link filled in, and Ask agent with the event attached.
Sign in, edit events, Go live
A connection is a draft until a person says so. The studio walks a room owner or host through the two steps, then posts a welcome card that tells the room what to expect.
① Sign in
The sign-in, the picker for your projects and the webhook, added by Qik when the app allows it or with clear steps when it is added by hand.
② Edit events
Events grouped as the app groups them, each with its filters, message and style. Send a test posts a real card to the room.
Go live
The app starts posting and a welcome card names what it posts, from where and who set it up, with an Edit events button.
Disconnect or delete
Disconnect stops posting and keeps everything; Delete app removes Qik’s webhook and the connection.

DraftWhich repositories should post here?
From an event to finished work
The card is where the room starts acting.
The event arrives
Live by webhook the moment it happens, or hourly for apps that only offer an API.
It becomes a task
Make a task fills in the title and link, ready to assign and date.
The agent follows up
Ask agent hands the event to the AI project manager to summarise, triage or plan the fix.
It reaches the meeting
The thread, the task and the decision are all in the room when the team meets.
Who runs on Chat apps
Reviews and releases in the sprint room
Pull requests, failed pipelines and releases from GitHub or GitLab arrive where the sprint is planned, threaded per item.
Money moments, as they happen
Payments, failed charges, refunds and won deals reach the finance and sales rooms, each one a task away from follow-up.
Urgent tickets with the people who answer
Escalations, alerts and incidents land in the room that owns them, with the on-call person mentioned.
One company, one office, one shared state
Chat apps, answered
250+ apps across 14 categories, including GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Sentry, PagerDuty, Stripe, HubSpot, Zendesk, Shopify, Google Drive and Calendly, plus any other app with webhooks or an API, which the agent sets up from its docs.
A company owner, admin or creator who is also the room’s owner or host, with the agent switched on. Editing events, pausing or deleting an app is for room owners and hosts and uses no agent credits.
Yes. Any member can mute an app for themselves from its menu; the rest of the room keeps seeing it.
Qik never changes your apps’ data. The only thing it adds is the webhook its own connection needs, and it removes it when you delete the app.
On Prime and Business Office each room can run one chat app and the company up to five chat connections; AI Office Pro removes the limits. Enterprise offices switch Chat apps on with Qik. Company admins can pause every chat app, allow listed apps only or switch single apps off in Company chats.
