GitLab Self-Managed, where your team already works
Code review, builds, releases and deploys arrive in the room where the team plans the work, each one ready to become a task or a question for the agent.
AI dashboards
Live GitLab Self-Managed dashboards
Issues, merge requests and pipelines from a project on your own GitLab server. Merged work per week, open reviews, build health and release cadence beside the sprint.
What the agent reads
- Issues
- Merge requests
- Pipelines
- 61 chart types, from headline numbers and trends to funnels, maps and pivot tables
- Join GitLab Self-Managed with your rooms and other apps in one query
- Read live, or keep a synced table refreshed hourly or daily
- Paste a GitLab Self-Managed key once. The sign-in card shows where to make it and the smallest permission it needs.

Connect GitLab Self-Managed in minutes
Qik has already written and tested the GitLab Self-Managed setup, so the agent starts from it.
- 01
Ask the agent
Name the app in any agentic room. The AI project manager starts from Qik’s tested setup, or reads the app’s official docs and writes one.
- 02
Sign in once
A guided sign-in card shows where to make the key and the smallest permission it needs. Keys are sealed in the vault; the agent never sees them.
- 03
Pick and test
Choose your own projects, boards or accounts from a list. The connection is tested on real data before anything is kept.
- 04
Go live
Dashboards draw their charts; chat apps stay a draft until a room owner or host presses Go live. Edit events and charts any time.
Say it in a sentence. The room does the rest.
Type any of these to the AI project manager in an agentic room. It picks the setup, shows the sign-in card and lets you choose your own repositories and projects from a list.
- Post GitLab Self-Managed pull requests on main into this room
- Tell us when a GitLab Self-Managed pipeline fails, and when it is fixed
- A dashboard of merged work per week from GitLab Self-Managed next to our sprint
Connected with care, controlled by your admins
Keys sealed in the vault
Every key and sign-in is encrypted in Qik’s vault. The agent works with a handle and never sees the key itself.
Sent only to the app
A key goes only to the hosts it was made for. A recipe naming any other address is refused before a request leaves Qik.
Read, never written back
Qik reads from your apps and leaves their data as it is. The one thing a chat app adds is its own webhook, removed when you delete the app.
Your office, your rules
Company admins switch any app off for the whole office or allow listed apps only. Every member can mute an app’s posts for themselves.
Works well beside GitLab Self-Managed
GitLab Self-Managed and Qik Office, answered
Ask the AI project manager in any agentic room, for example “Post GitLab Self-Managed pull requests on main into this room”. The agent prepares the connection, shows a sign-in card, tests it on real data and hands you a draft. For chat, a room owner or host presses Go live when the events look right.
