The agent button at the foot of the sidebar opens your private room’s agent from anywhere, shows its role and whether it is busy, and runs in auto or manual mode like any room agent.

Ask from your private room and the agent proposes the change in the right room. You pick or confirm the target room before you approve, so nothing lands in the wrong place.

AI Office, answered
A room is where work and its agent live. A workspace groups rooms by department, function or project. The AI Office is the layer above both: it organizes every workspace and room, gathers their tasks, meetings, approvals and files into cross-room views, and gives you a personal agent and business intelligence across all of them.
It runs in your private room and can propose changes in any room you belong to — you pick or confirm the target room before approving. Every command it runs appears in Agent runs with the room and the credits used. Company admins can turn off private room access for individual members.
Google, Outlook and Zoho calendars, Google Drive and OneDrive, Gmail and Outlook mail, and Jira for room import and sync. Rooms can send a bot into Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams calls, and companies can connect MCP servers as extra tools for their agents and switch each integration on or off.
On macOS, Windows and Linux desktops, in the browser, on iOS and Android, and through the Chrome extension. Add more than one account on the same device and switch accounts and companies from the company switcher.
