Sprints and kanban the agent keeps moving
Plan boards, milestones or sprints in the room’s own words, move cards through the room’s statuses, and let the AI project manager propose what changes on the board after every meeting.

Review 4 changesThe board catches up with the conversation
Boards usually fall behind because somebody has to update them after the meeting. In an agentic room, conversational intelligence reads the meeting against the board and proposes the changes for you to accept.
- 01
Reads each meeting against the board
From the minutes, the agent proposes new tasks, status changes, due dates and tasks to mark complete — each one waiting for your accept.
- 02
Proposes a whole sprint
When a meeting plans new work, the agent drafts a sprint with its name, dates and tasks on a card you can edit before it is created.
- 03
Helps you close and move on
It can suggest closing the current sprint, and suggests a name for the next one when you complete it.
One board for the way your room plans
Boards, milestones and sprints share the same views, columns and lifecycle. Only the words change, so a room can switch without losing anything.
Kanban in your statuses
Columns come from the room’s own task statuses. Drag a card across and the task’s status changes everywhere it appears.
Backlog and planning
Keep unscheduled work in a backlog beside the board, then start a sprint or milestone with its dates when the plan is ready.
Complete and carry over
Completing a sprint moves unfinished tasks to the next one, the backlog or a new sprint, and locks the finished one.
Filter by person or meeting
Show one person’s cards, or only the tasks that came out of a particular meeting.
Rules per board
Cap the tasks in progress at once, require sign-off to finish, make one board wait on another, and create the next one on close.
Burndown and health
Ideal against actual, status and member distribution, and an activity heatmap for every sprint, with story points on each card.
Three ways to read the same work
The Boards hub lists every board, milestone or sprint in the room and draws them the way the room’s method asks.
Timeline for milestones
Dated, overlapping work on a zoomable timeline centred on today, so what is slipping is visible.
Cadence for sprints
Velocity across finished sprints and a burn-up for the current one, against the ideal line.
Cards for boards
Undated boards sorted by last activity, with open tasks, overdue counts and who is on each.
Your method picks the default
Choose Boards, Milestones or Sprints in room settings. Every view stays one tap away, and the hub exports to Excel.

The board is the middle of the loop
Work arrives from the room’s conversations and leaves as recorded time, all in one agentic room.
Work is captured
Tasks arrive from meetings, the AI Task Generator or by hand.
It is planned
Tasks are placed into a board, milestone or sprint and move column by column.
Time follows the card
Where TimeTrack is on, moving your own card into progress can start your timer on it.
The next meeting updates it
The agent reads the standup against the board and proposes what changed.
Who runs on Boards
Sprints without the admin
Story points, a backlog, burndown and sprint automation from every standup — with Jira import and export when the team needs it.
Client projects on milestones
Dated milestones on a timeline per client room, each with sign-off before it can be closed.
A board per workstream
Long-running boards for hiring, onboarding or vendor work, sorted by what moved most recently.
One room, every app reading the same state
Boards, answered
No. Each room chooses Boards, Milestones or Sprints in room settings. The choice changes the wording and the default view only; the columns, tasks and lifecycle stay the same, so a room can change its mind without losing anything.
Yes. Boards, manual sprints and project management use no agent credits. Credits are used only when the agent does work, such as proposing changes from a recorded meeting.
When you complete a sprint you choose where its unfinished tasks go — the next sprint, the backlog or a new sprint. The completed sprint is then locked.
Yes. You can import sprints and the backlog from a Jira project into the room and push a sprint to Jira, unless your company has blocked the Jira integration.
Yes. Each board, milestone or sprint can cap how many tasks are in progress at once, and can require sign-off from named people before it is finished.
