Every recorded meeting, kept in its room
Online calls, in-person meetings and calls the agent joins as a bot are stored in the agentic room they belong to — each one playing beside its transcript, with the minutes a click away.

The agent records so the room remembers
A recording is the raw material of conversational intelligence. The room’s AI project manager captures it, transcribes it and turns it into structured minutes.
- 01
Records the way you meet
In the room’s own call, on a device at an in-person meeting, or as a bot joining Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
- 02
Starts on its own
Turn on auto-record and an online room starts recording when two or more people join, so nobody has to remember.
- 03
Transcribes and writes minutes
With AI transcribe and AI minutes on, every recording becomes a speaker-labelled transcript and minutes in the room’s template.
A recording library that knows what was said
Recordings sit in the same room as the meeting, the transcript and the tasks that came out of it.
Online, in person or bot-led
Every way a room meets is recorded to the same library, and room owners can upload a recording when the company allows it.
Player with live transcript
The transcript follows playback line by line, and clicking any line jumps the recording to that moment.
Grid or single speaker
Choose how new recordings are laid out: everyone in a grid with the speaker highlighted, or full screen on whoever is talking.
Protected meetings
Password-protect a meeting so its recording and transcript need the password, or owner-lock it so only the owner can open them.
Download when allowed
Download the file when your company permits it; when downloads are off, recordings play in the room but cannot be saved.
Chat on a recording
Each recording has its own chat thread, so questions about a call stay attached to the call.
Decide once, and every meeting follows
The room owner sets how meetings are recorded and what the agent does with them afterwards.
Auto-record
Online rooms start recording as soon as two or more people join.
Keep or skip the file
Turn off Save recording file to keep the transcript and minutes without storing the video.
Transcribe, then minutes
AI transcribe converts speech to text; AI minutes builds on it, and Email minutes sends them to every attendee.
A layout for the video
Grid keeps everyone on screen; Single speaker follows whoever is talking while everyone is still heard.
Recording layout
Everyone in a grid. The active speaker is highlighted.

From the call to the follow-up
A recording is the first step of a chain the agent runs inside the same agentic room.
It is recorded
The meeting is captured online, in person or by the bot, and filed in the room.
It is transcribed
Every speaker is transcribed in the room’s language and kept in sync with the playback.
Minutes are written
The agent writes minutes from the transcript in the template the room uses.
Work is assigned
Action items become tasks in the room, so the recording ends in tracked work.
Who runs on Recordings
Every client call on file
The bot joins calls on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams and files each recording in the client’s room with its transcript.
Sensitive meetings, closed by default
Password-protect or owner-lock a meeting, and turn off downloads company-wide so recordings never leave the room.
Sessions people can revisit
New joiners replay a walkthrough and jump straight to the part they need from the transcript beside it.
Recordings, answered
Calls held in the room, in-person meetings recorded on a device, and calls on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams that the agent joins as a bot. Room owners can also upload a recording when the company allows uploads.
The Recordings app is available to the room’s owners and editors. A password-protected meeting asks for its password, and an owner-locked recording is visible only to the owner.
Yes. The room owner can turn off Save recording file; the meeting is still transcribed and minuted, but the file itself is not stored.
Yes, when your company allows downloads. If downloads are turned off, recordings still play in the room but the player’s download options are removed.
Recording, transcription and AI minutes use meeting credits from your agent credit allowance. Meetings that are not recorded use no credits.
