Everyone in the room was notified
Describe what needs saying and the room’s AI project manager writes the post in the room’s context. Nothing goes out until a person approves it.
Ask the agent on the right of the composer, or in the Agent Center, and it writes the headline, the body and the category. Redraft until it reads right.
When you want a picture, the agent generates a cover from the post and saves it into the room’s Files.
An announcement drafted from the Agent Center waits as a card with Approve and post, so the words that reach everyone are ones a person signed off.
A feed of posts inside the room, each one also a card in the room chat, with the acknowledgements counted for you.
Ask people to acknowledge a post and see who has acknowledged, who has seen it, and who has not seen it yet.
Tick the people who have not acknowledged and send them a reminder, or send the notification again.
Four categories, with filters across the feed, so an urgent notice never hides among routine updates.
Save a draft only you can see, schedule a post for later, or pin it to the top until you unpin it.
People react and discuss under the post itself, separate from the room chat.

Each person is in one of three states, with a running count of how many of the room have acknowledged.

Select everyone pending, or just a few, and nudge them with a reminder.

Resend the post’s notification and push to the people you tick.
Only announcers see the list
Who has and has not acknowledged is visible to the people who can post, not to the whole room.
