Scrum in Qik Office

Scrum runs in a project room set to Sprints. The backlog, the sprint board, the standups and the sprint review all happen in the same agentic room, so the AI project manager can read each meeting against the board and propose what changed. Room Owners and Editors plan and close sprints; everyone in the room works the tasks.

Manual sprints and project management are free. Agent credits are used only when the agent does work, such as recording a meeting and proposing board changes from its minutes.

How a sprint cycle runs​

  1. Backlog — ideas, requests and meeting action items land as tasks in the Backlog.
  2. Sprint planning — the team creates a sprint, moves tasks in from the backlog and gives them story points. When the planning meeting is recorded, the agent can draft the sprint for you.
  3. The sprint runs — cards move through the room's statuses on the kanban board, with a WIP cap if you set one.
  4. Standups — each recorded standup's minutes produce suggested changes: new tasks, status changes, due dates and tasks to mark complete. Apply or reject each one.
  5. Sprint review — the dashboard shows the burndown of ideal against actual and the velocity across sprints.
  6. Complete sprint — open work moves to the next sprint or the backlog, and the next sprint can be created on the spot with a name from AI Suggest.
