Profile
Your profile and Personal settings belong to you, whichever company you work in. Change your name and photo, set or change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, choose your theme and language, and connect your calendars and drives.
How to open Personal settings
- Select your avatar to open the avatar menu.
- Select your name at the top, or Profile under Account.
Personal settings has these sections: Profile, Theme, Language & region, Security, Account, Connected apps, Working hours and Device.

tip
The avatar menu also switches Theme (System, Light, Dark) and Accent color, and lets you Add another account to switch between accounts.
