Reset password

Forgot your password? Request a reset email from the sign-in page and set a new one.

How to reset your password​

  1. Open qik.mt or the Qik Office app.
  2. Enter your email address and select Next.
  3. Select forgot? inside the password field.
  4. Check your email address and select Send reset password email.
  5. Open the reset email and follow its link.
  6. On Reset your password, enter your New password (at least 6 characters) and select Set password.

Can't wait for the email? Select Sign in with code on the sign-in page to sign in with a 5-digit code, then change your password in Personal settings — see Change password.

Use a strong password with numbers, symbols, and upper- and lowercase letters.
