Integrations

Integrations bring the tools your team already uses into Qik Office, so their meetings, files and work land in the agentic rooms where the AI project manager can act on them. Each person connects their own accounts; company owners and admins decide which integrations members may connect.

Calendars​

  • Google Calendar — Google events on your Qik schedule, with a recording bot for Meet, Zoom and Teams links.
  • Outlook Calendar — Outlook and Microsoft 365 meetings, Teams links included.
  • Zoho Calendar — Zoho events in your schedule and today planner; reschedules in a room write back to Zoho.

Files​

  • Google Drive — link Drive files into a room, create Docs, Sheets and Slides, and convert notes to Google Docs.
  • OneDrive — link OneDrive files, create Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, and convert notes to Word.

Work and messages​

  • Jira — connect a room to a Jira project, import sprints and choose what syncs.
  • Microsoft Teams — bring teams in as workspaces and channels as rooms, with their messages.
  • Outlook Mail — see the Outlook threads a room follows and forward mail into rooms.
  • Gmail — coming soon.
  • Zoho Projects — coming soon.
