Jira
Connect an agentic room to a Jira project and work its sprints in the room. Imported sprints arrive as tasks on the room's board, every sprint starts syncing one way — Jira to the room — and you decide sprint by sprint what travels back. Action items from the room's AI minutes can land in the project backlog. Room owners and hosts connect, import and disconnect; everyone in the room can see how each sprint syncs.
How to connect a room to Jira
- In the room, open Apps and select Jira under Integrations — or open the room's ⋯ menu and select Jira.
- Select Connect Jira (or Connect this room if your Atlassian account is already linked).
- Sign in to Atlassian. If you have several sites, choose one in Select Jira Site.
- Pick the project this room works on.
The room now follows that project. The Jira page shows the project key and site.
How to import sprints
- On the room's Jira page, select Import sprints.
- Select the Backlog (issues not in any sprint) and any active or future sprints. Select Show closed to see closed sprints.
- Select Next, review, and select Import.
How to choose what syncs
Select the gear on an imported sprint and set three switches:
- Push changes to Jira — edits to this sprint update Jira.
- Pull changes from Jira — edits in Jira update this sprint.
- Let a Jira delete remove the task — deleting the issue deletes the task here. It needs pull to be on.
Each sprint shows its state, such as Both ways · Qik and Jira or One way · Jira to here.
Importing, exporting and sending action items are things you ask for, so they always run, whatever the switches say.
How to send action items to the backlog
- After every meeting — in the room's AI minutes settings, switch on Jira backlog (Send action items to Jira). It needs AI minutes on.
- By hand — in a set of minutes, select Sync to Jira.
Task lists also offer Import from Jira and Export to Jira in their options menu.
How to disconnect
On the room's Jira page, select Disconnect and confirm. Nothing is deleted; the sprints stop syncing. To remove your Atlassian account, open Profile settings › Connected apps › Jira (Atlassian) › ⋯ › Delete.
