Company integration settings
Company owners and admins decide which integrations members may connect. Each integration has its own switch in Apps & Integrations, and a change reaches every member straight away.
How to switch an integration on or off
- Open Company settings › Apps & Integrations.
- Under Apps, use the switch beside the integration.
| Switch | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Members can sync their Google Calendar into room schedules. |
| Outlook Calendar | Members can sync Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendars. |
| Zoho Calendar | Members can sync their Zoho Calendar events. |
| Google Drive | Members can attach and export files with Google Drive. |
| OneDrive | Members can attach and export files with OneDrive. |
| Jira | Members can import sprints and backlogs from Jira and export tasks back. |
| Connected Apps | Admins can register third-party apps, and members can allow them to act on their behalf. |
What switching off does
For calendars, drives and Jira, disabling stops new connections only — accounts your members already connected keep working until they remove them. Members see that connections are managed by the company administrator.
- Calendars — the provider's connect button is hidden. Calendars already synced stay on members' schedules.
- Google Drive and OneDrive — the Drive buttons are hidden in rooms and in the note export menu. Members can still remove accounts in Profile settings › Connected apps.
- Jira — the Jira app is hidden in rooms and new Atlassian connections are blocked.
- Connected Apps — every connected app stops on its next request. It starts off for new companies.
note
Calendars, Drive, OneDrive and Jira start on. Connected Apps starts off, so third-party access is always a deliberate company decision.
