Zoho Calendar

Connect a Zoho account and the events on the calendars you pick appear on your Qik schedule and in your today planner, beside your tasks, reminders and meetings. Events arrive with their title, description, start and end, and a link back to Zoho. When you add a Zoho event to a room and later change its time there, the new time and title are written back to Zoho Calendar. Any user can connect their own calendars, unless the company has switched Zoho Calendar off.

How to connect Zoho Calendar

  1. Select the calendar icon in the left rail (View schedule), then Calendars.
  2. Under Sync New Calendar, select Zoho.
  3. Sign in to Zoho.
  4. In Import Calendar, select the calendar to import. You'll see a message that it was imported successfully.

How to refresh Zoho events

Zoho events come in when you connect a calendar. To pull in later changes:

  • Select the refresh button on the calendar's row in Synced calendars, or
  • Select Sync all Zoho calendars (the refresh icon at the top of your schedule list), or
  • Select Sync beside the calendar in Profile settings › Connected apps.

A refresh picks up events edited since the last sync and clears events deleted in Zoho.

How rescheduling writes back

  1. Add the Zoho event to a room (Add to room or Create Agentic room).
  2. Reschedule the meeting in the room. Its new start, end and title are written to the Zoho event, in the event's own timezone, and recurring events keep their repeat rule.

How to remove a calendar

Open Calendars › Synced calendars and select the trash icon, or use Profile settings › Connected apps › ⋯ › Delete.
