Delete account

You can permanently delete your Qik Office account from Personal settings › Account. Deleting your account removes your workspaces, rooms and data.

How to delete your account​

  1. Open Personal settings (avatar menu › Profile).
  2. Select Account.
  3. Under Danger zone, select Delete account.
  4. Confirm three times: Delete account?, Are you completely sure? and Final confirmation.
warning

Deletion is processed within 48 hours and can't be undone. You can't sign up again with the same email for 30 days.

tip

If you own a company, hand it over first — ask an admin to take ownership, or move your workspaces with Move And Delete in Users and employees.
