Usage limits

Usage limits shows company owners and admins how agent credits and storage are used across the company. Use it to see who is spending credits, how much is left, and, on pooled plans, to set storage limits per user.

How to open Usage limits​

  1. Open Company settings.
  2. Select Usage limits in the left menu.

Only company owners and admins can open company settings.

What you'll see​

Plans with per-member credits​

  • Total agent credits — the credits available across the company.
  • Per-user agent credits — each member's credits left and credits Spent.

Pooled plans​

  • Company credit pool — the company's total credits available. Credits are pooled and managed at the company level.
  • Total company storage — storage used and free, in GB.
  • Per-user storage limits — each user's storage Used and limit. Select Edit storage limit to change a user's limit.

When credits run low​

When a member has no agent credits remaining, Execute in the Agent Center is disabled for them. Free features — chat, notes, tasks, boards, files and unrecorded meetings — keep working. Add credits with AI Office Pro; see Plans and allocation.
