Agent credits by plan
Every plan includes unlimited agentic rooms, unlimited AI project managers, unlimited AI assistants, conversational intelligence and business intelligence. What changes is how many agent credits each person gets. All credits reload monthly.

Members and employees
- Members get their own monthly agent credits.
- Employees can use the office — rooms, chat, tasks, notes and unrecorded meetings — with no agent credits of their own.
Prime Office
Prime Office starts as a one-person company. Add members (each brings 1,000 free credits) and add employees (no credits).
Business Office
Business Office starts with at least three members: one owner and two members. The owner gets an extra 1,000 credits (2,000 in total). Each member you add brings 1,000 credits, and you can add unlimited employees with no credits.
AI Office Pro
AI Office Pro is a Pro membership for any Prime Office or Business Office.
- $10 per member per month; each member gets 10,000 paid credits.
- Credits can be exchanged between paid members in the same Office.
- Each member keeps at least 5,000 paid credits under Pro membership.
- For example, 1 member is $10 a month (10,000 credits); 3 members are $30 a month (30,000 credits in total).
How to buy agent credits
- Open the Agent Credits panel from the credits chip in any Agent Center.
- Select Buy agent credits (or Buy more agent credits).
- Choose the members and review the charge, then pay by card. Credits are added straight after payment.
Credits bought mid-cycle are prorated for the rest of the cycle. On a yearly plan, credits are pooled for the whole year — spend them any time, with no monthly reset.
Enterprise
Enterprise is for deployed solutions, with credits pooled and managed at the company level. Contact sales for a custom allocation.
