One-on-one room

A one-on-one room is an agentic room for exactly two people. You chat, take notes, share files and meet in it, and every recorded meeting becomes a transcript, AI minutes and tasks for the two of you. Any user can create a one-on-one room.

How to create a one-on-one room​

  1. Select 1:1 in the left rail to open One-on-one rooms.
  2. Select Create one-on-one room.
  3. Enter the other person's email address and select Create.

The new room appears in your One-on-one rooms list. Requests you have sent and that are still waiting are listed under Sent one-on-one requests.

How to create a one-on-one room with a QR code​

  1. In One-on-one rooms, open the QR option (Show QR to create a new one-on-one room).
  2. Ask the other person to scan the code. The room is created for both of you.
tip

Use Search one-on-ones at the top of the list to find a room by the other person's name.
