One-on-one room

A One-on-One Room in Qik Office is a collaborative room between two users. It enables users to chat, takes notes, share files, and schedule meetings. All interactions within the room are automatically captured and structured, including meeting recordings, transcripts, discussion points, and action items. This ensures that both users have complete visibility into their conversations, responsibilities, and follow-ups.

How to create one-on-one room?​

  1. From the Qik Office dashboard, click on the 1:1 rooms. one-option

  2. At the top of the One-on-One Rooms panel, click the “@ Create one on one room” button. select-icon

  3. In the dialog box enter the email address of the user and click "Create". select-email

  4. The One-on-One Room is now successfully created new-one
