Private room

Your private room is an agentic room that belongs only to you. Use it to capture ideas, keep notes and drafts, store files, plan your own tasks and prepare work before you share it. Its agent is your personal agent, which you can command from anywhere in the app. Each company you belong to gives you one private room.

How to open or create your private room​

  1. Open Office.
  2. Your private room sits at the top of the list, above your workspaces. Select it to open it.
  3. If you don't have one yet, select Create private room in the same place.

Your company can restrict private rooms. When private access is restricted, the private room row and Create private room are not shown.

What you can do in your private room​

  • Notes and pages — capture ideas, meeting preparation and drafts.
  • Files — keep work documents, drafts and references in one place.
  • Tasks — plan your own work and track what is done.
  • Recordings — record a voice note or a private recording and get an AI summary.
  • Your personal agent — ask it to plan, schedule, write and organize for you. See Private-room agent.

Everything in your private room is visible only to you. The room cannot be shared, and nobody else can join it.
