Private-room agent

Your private room has its own agent: your personal agent. It works for you alone, with the same Agent Center as any room — commands, voice, attachments, Auto or Manual, and Agent History. Each company you belong to gives you one private room and one personal agent.

How to open your personal agent​

  1. Select the brain button at the bottom of the left rail. Its tooltip reads Personal agent • followed by the agent's role.
  2. The Agent Center opens for your private room, wherever you are in the app.
  3. Type or speak your command and select Execute.

You can also open your private room from the top of the Office list and use its prompt bar.

The dot on the brain button turns red while your personal agent is working and green when it is ready.

Choose your personal agent's role​

  1. Open your private room.
  2. Select the role pill in the prompt bar and choose AI Assistant, AI Project Manager or AI Executive.

Your private room is visible only to you, so everything your personal agent does there stays private. If your company restricts private rooms, the private room and its agent are not available.
