Agent History

Agent History keeps a record of everything the room's agent was asked to do: who asked, each step it took, what it changed in the room and the agent credits it used. Open any run to review it, reply to it or retry it. Everyone in the room sees public runs; a private run is visible only to the person who gave the command.

How to open Agent History

  • In the Agent Center, select History.
  • Or open More apps and select Agent History.

What a run shows

  • Who asked — the person's name, or Automation when one of the room's automations fired it. Select the automation tag to open the automation.
  • When — runs are grouped by day, newest first.
  • Steps — expand a run to see its timeline: each step and change with its time, status and outcome, and the agent's response.
  • Credits — the credits chip shows the agent credits the run used. Select it to view your balance.
  • Task — runs tied to a task open that task.

How to continue a run

  1. Open the run in Agent History.
  2. Type in the reply box and send.

Follow-ups stay in the same thread. You can reply to a run for 24 hours after it ran, and the agent picks up where it left off.

tip

A command that has just failed offers Retry. You can also reply to tell the agent how to try again.

How to see your commands across all rooms

  1. In the left rail, select Agent runs ("Everything the AI did").
  2. The feed lists your own commands from every room, newest first. Each row shows the room it ran in, the prompt, its credits and the time.
  3. Search by what you asked or by the room's name.
  4. Select a row to open that run beside the list, or select the room chip to open the room.

The prompt bar sits above the feed, so you can give a new command from the same screen.

note

Agent runs appears once the Agent Center is on for your company and you have run at least one command.
