The AI project manager writes notes and pages
Notes and pages are part of the room’s persistent shared state, so the AI project manager can read them, draft new ones and keep them up to date — and in Notes, AI rewrites the text you already have.

Drafts you approve
Ask the agent to write a note or a page. It arrives as a draft card you can edit, and flip between Note and Page, before you approve it into the room.

Updates and look-ups
The agent updates an existing note or page when you ask, and opens one to pull its contents into the conversation.

AI prompts inside Notes
In a note, Summarize, Complete, Write email, Make it better or Fix grammar works on the current text — prepended, appended or replacing it, with undo.
Two ways to write, one app
The room owner picks Simple Notes or Knowledge Pages for each room, and the app renames itself to match.
Pages with subpages
Pages sit in a tree beside the editor. Expand a page to see its subpages, add new ones from the slash menu, and drag pages into order.
Blocks for real documents
Headings, checklists, tables, quotes, code blocks with a language, dividers, and two- or three-column layouts — all from typing /.
Files inside the page
Images, video, audio and files are uploaded to the room and embedded in the page as blocks, with captions.
AI writing in Notes
Generate, summarise, complete, write an email, make it more professional or fix the grammar without leaving the note.
Live cursors on both
Notes and pages sync as people type. Each editor’s named cursor is shown, with their avatar in the header and the last editor on record.
Lock, protect and export
Lock a note or page, password-protect it, give it a colour, and export to PDF, Word or text — or convert to Google Docs or Word in the room.
Pick the prompt, pick where the text lands
Simple Notes carry an AI prompt bar. Each prompt says whether it reads the current note and whether its output goes before it, after it, or in place of it.
New text from a prompt
Add, Append or Replace writes fresh notes from your own prompt — before the note, after it, or instead of it.
Built on what is written
Attach, Update and Complete take the note’s current content into the prompt, and the Use content toggle controls it.
Summaries and emails
Summarize puts a summary at the top of the note. Write email drafts an email from the note, prepended above it.
Fix what is there
Make it better rewrites the note professionally and Fix it corrects spelling and grammar — both replace the text, and undo brings it back.
