Private notes

Private notes belong to no room, so only you can see them. Use them for your own ideas, drafts and reminders, in or out of meetings. Private notes work like room notes: you can write Simple Notes or Knowledge Pages, use the AI prompt bar and export them.

How to create a private note​

  1. Open Notes from the main menu.
  2. Select Private in the search bar to show your private notes.
  3. Select New private note (or New private page).
  4. Start writing. The note saves automatically.

How to find your private notes​

  1. Open Notes from the main menu.
  2. Select Private. Your private notes are listed under Private notes.
