Links

Links is the room's bookmark shelf. Every link anyone posts in the room chat lands here automatically — previewed, tagged and saved once per room however many times it is shared — so the dashboards, docs and sites the room relies on are a tap away. Everyone in the room can open the shelf and add links.

Post a link in the room chat and it is saved to Links with its page title, description and preview image. Drive, Canva or Figma links are kept in Files as well, so opening one opens the file.

  1. Open the room, select Apps and choose Links (in the Records band).
  2. Select Add a link, or paste into Paste a link to save it.
  3. Choose whether to Share in chat as well.
  4. Select Add link.

A page with no preview still saves and shows its address. Use Refresh preview later to re-read the page title and image.

Open the menu on a link to:

  • Open link — or Open file and Show in Files for a Drive, Canva or Figma link.
  • Share in chat — post the link to the room.
  • Copy link.
  • Tag — choose AI, Website, App, Game, Doc, Design, Repo, Article, Tool or Other.
  • Pin to top — keep the links the room opens every day above the rest.
  • Refresh preview or Delete.

Filter the shelf with the tag chips above the list, or search it.

Ask the agent for the staging dashboard or the brand guidelines and it replies with the saved link cards. When a URL comes up, it can draft a Save link card for you to confirm.
