Users

Users shows who is in the room and what each person can do. Owners add people by email or from the company, choose the role they join with, share the room link or QR code, and allow or deny access requests. Editors can add people too when the room allows it.

Roles in a room​

In university accounts the same roles read Facilitator, Instructor, Student and Guest.

How to add people to a room​

  1. Open the room, select Apps and choose Users (in the People & flow band).
  2. Select Add user.
  3. Type email addresses into Enter email..., or select Select company users to pick from your company.
  4. Choose the role they join with.
  5. Leave Add to room schedules on to include them in the room's existing schedules.
  6. Select Add users to room.

Owners can always add people. An Editor can add people when the room's Who can add people setting allows owners and editors.

Add someone from a business card​

Select Scan card, photograph a printed business card, and the person's details are picked up for you.

How to change someone's role​

  1. Open Users.
  2. Open the role menu beside the person (Change role).
  3. Pick the new role.

How to share the room​

  1. In Users, select Share.
  2. Copy the Room link, show its QR code, or send an invitation.

To let people join from your screen, open the QR code and choose Add as Editor, Add as User or Add as Guest before they scan it.

How to let people in from the waiting room​

People who ask to join appear under Room access requests with the role they asked for.

  1. Open Users.
  2. Select Allow to let the person in, or Deny to turn them away.
