Company workflows
Company workflows is where you decide who can design agent workflows for the whole company. A workflow admin describes a process to the agent and puts it live for everyone. Company owners and admins always can; anybody else is named here. The section also lists the company's workflows, so you can open any of them in one click.
Company owners and admins open Workflows in Company settings once agent workflows are switched on for your company.
How to open Company workflows
- Open Company settings.
- Under AI & Agents, select Workflows.
- To go straight to the Workflows app, select Open the app.
How to add a workflow admin
- In Who can design workflows, select Manage.
- Select Add someone and pick a person from the list.
- Add anyone else, then select Done to save.
Owners and admins appear on the card with an admin tag; their rights come from their role. A workflow admin is a creator or above, because designing a workflow runs on their agent.
To remove someone, select Manage, then × on their chip, and select Done.
How to choose what a workflow admin sees
Each appointed workflow admin's chip carries a pill:
- own — they see the workflows they create.
- all — they see every workflow in the company.
Select the pill to switch between the two. The change saves at once. A company admin sees every workflow through their role.
Every workflow also has an owner, set on the workflow itself. Everything the workflow builds and runs happens as that person, in a room they own. Designing a workflow uses agent credits like any other command.

Under Workflows, the section lists the company workflows you can see. Select one to open its map in the Workflows app.
Prime Office, Business Office and Enterprise include one company workflow. AI Office Pro has no limit.
